As we continue to scale our global platform, the Loss Prevention Supervisor will play a critical role in overseeing physical security and shrink reduction efforts to protect assets and safeguard the bottom line at Fanatics Commerce.ROLE OVERVIEWThe Loss Prevention Supervisor partners with operations and support teams to mitigate inventory loss, implement security best practices, and drive a culture of loss prevention across their facility. This position leverages risk assessments, shrink data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration to influence meaningful change and deliver measurable results. This role is expected to:• Apply AI and technology to improve efficiency, quality, and outcomes• Use data and digital tools to inform decisions and enhance performance• Demonstrate curiosity and adaptability in adopting new technologies and ways of working• Contribute to a culture of innovation and continuous improvementCAPABILITIES & EXPERIENCE YOU BRINGRequired Qualifications:• Minimum of 2 years of management experience in loss prevention, security, or supply chain environments, with a demonstrated ability to lead and develop teams.• Strong ability to prioritize, self-manage, and deliver results in fast-paced distribution or warehouse settings.• Proven problem-solving, analytical, and conflict resolution skills, with experience leading internal and external theft and fraud investigations.• Ability to respond effectively in crisis situations, including workplace violence or active threats.• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence to interface with leadership and cross-functional partners.• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with CCTV systems and exception reporting tools preferred.• Wicklander-Zulawski certification preferred; LPQ/LPC certification preferred.• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays; ability to stand 8–10 hours daily, walk up to 10 miles per day, and lift up to 25 lbs. frequently.Education:Bachelor's degree in criminal justice or 3–5 years of equivalent relevant work experience.WORK LOCATIONOn-site: Your work location will be onsite in Las Vegas, NV
