Job summary

Marshalls, a TJX Companies division, is seeking a Loss Prevention Specialist for the Philadelphia Distribution Center. You will protect assets, investigate theft via CCTV, and support operations to minimize shrink while ensuring safety. The role requires strong data analysis, teamwork, and initiative in a fast-paced setting.

Schedule: Friday–Sunday, 7:00 am–7:30 pm. Benefits include associate discounts and a comprehensive package, with overall compensation aligned to market rates for this role.

Qualifications

• Relevant work experience in Loss Prevention, Asset Protection, Security and / or a Bachelor’s degree, or on track to obtaining a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant major
• Prior Military or Law Enforcement a plus
• Demonstrates positive energy, motivation, and flexibility
• Ability to successful work both independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Professional Suites and the ability to learn and use in-house software packages.
• Strong technical knowledge of CCTV equipment and systems
• Ability to work both inside and outside during all types of weather

Job Description:

Overview:

The **Loss Prevention Specialist** plays a key role in protecting the assets of the Distribution Center, with focus in the following areas: operational shrink control, internal investigations, safety, and shortage root cause analysis. This position will work a variety of ever changing assignments within the department to include roles designed to monitor warehouse access control, gatehouse and distribution control, operations auditing, and internal investigations. Will take direction from our Lead Specialist and reports to the Loss Prevention Supervisor.

The Skills that will Make You Successful:
