Security - Loss Prevention Specialist

Job Overview: As a Loss Prevention Specialist, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and healthy work environment by ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures. Your responsibilities will include coordinating safety training, writing incident reports, and performing various accident and loss prevention duties. Ready to be the guardian of our workplace? Qualifications:

• Education:Associate degree in Criminal Justice/Business OR equivalent experience
• Experience:1-2 years in Safety, Security, or Loss Prevention
• Certifications:First Aid (or willing to obtain within 6 months)
• License:Valid Driver's License required
• Mindset:Safety-first attitude and attention to detail

This position is located in an active industrial manufacturing and distribution center with moderate to high noise levels, temperature variations, and material handling equipment in operation. The role may require extended periods of standing or walking on concrete floors and the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) such as safety glasses and steel-toed boots. The fast-paced environment involves time-sensitive and safety sensitive operations and may include various shift schedules to support production and distribution needs.
