Per Mar Security Services in Minnesota is seeking entry-level and experienced security officers for evening shifts (Tue–Sat, 2pm–10:30pm). The role focuses on loss prevention, checking orders, and ensuring customers receive the purchased items. You will work with handheld devices, monitor the premises, and respond to incidents.

Qualifications

• Loss prevention: check orders and count purchased product.
• Computers: handheld devices; must understand computers.
• Product knowledge: building industry and construction knowledge helpful.
• Walking: busy summers; lots of walking on concrete.
• Communication: strong interaction with the public; good communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Monitor premises to prevent theft, violence, or rule violations.
• Warn violators of premise rules and regulations.
• Address persons engaged in suspicious or criminal acts.
• Report facility issues promptly.
• Call emergency personnel for high-risk situations when needed.
