• Review CCTV and exception reports, monitor store security, and audit Electronic Article Surveillance to eliminate shrink.
• Prepare accurate case reports documenting apprehensions and recoveries, preserve evidence, and interact with law enforcement.
• Testify in criminal and civil court actions when required and carry out responsibilities safely.
