Qualifications

• 1-3 years of prior LP or related Loss Prevention experience.
• Strong observational and incident reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Mitigate and reduce losses through deterrence of external theft and program execution.
• Monitor store compliance with safety policies and MES.
• Complete incident reports and coordinate with local authorities as needed.
• Support store leadership in shrink reduction and training.
