Qualifications

• One year retail supervisor experience preferred.
• One year loss prevention/security training preferred.
• Active security guard license preferred.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Compliance with all applicable federal and state laws for security positions.

Responsibilities

• Provide visible command presence at entrances and on the sales floor.
• Engage with customers by greeting and assisting them.
• Monitor entrances and sales floor for suspicious behaviors.
• Support loss prevention initiatives.
• Increase store awareness on processes to reduce operational shortage.
