• You play a major role in how our customers feel when they leave the store.
• You might be the first, last, and sometimes only associate a customer interacts with.
• Smile, greet, and thank every customer as an ambassador of Walmart.
• The pace can be intense in evenings, weekends, and holidays; juggle tasks while helping customers: scan items, explain prices, bag items, count cash back, keep area clean.
• You will also receive PTO and PPTO that can be used for vacation, sick leave, holidays, or other purposes.
