Job summary

Hobby Lobby Stores Inc. is seeking a Loss Prevention Associate to help safeguard store assets and implement shrink-reduction initiatives across multiple locations in the area.

The role requires previous undercover, floor walking loss prevention experience and the ability to travel to several nearby stores. You will need strong communication skills, be able to spend the majority of shifts standing or walking, and pass background and motor vehicle record checks.

• At least 1 year undercover, floor walking loss prevention experience.
• Ability to travel to multiple stores in the area.
• Strong communication skills.
• Motor vehicle record check and background check clear.
• Ability to spend up to 100% of working hours standing/walking.
