Overview

Hobby Lobby Stores Inc. is seeking a full‑time In‑Store Loss Prevention Agent to protect stores. The role focuses exclusively on undercover, plain‑clothes surveillance to identify and apprehend shoplifters. No risk management, safety, door greeting, alarms, audits or inventory responsibilities are included.

Responsibilities

• Complete Incident Reports
• Review Camera Footage
• Apprehend shoplifters
• Review BOLOs
• Handle stressful, unpredictable, and potentially dangerous situations with rational judgment
• Build relationships with store management and local law enforcement
• Work independently and as part of a team

Requirements

• At least one year of undercover, floor‑walking loss‑prevention experience
• Ability to travel to multiple stores in the area
• Strong communication skills
• Motor vehicle record check
• Background check
• Ability to spend up to 100 % of working hours standing or walking
