Job summary

Hobby Lobby Stores Inc. in Colorado is seeking a full-time Loss Prevention Agent to perform undercover, plain clothes surveillance and apprehend shoplifters.

The role emphasizes discreet floor walking with no inventory duties, requiring at least 1 year of undercover LP experience and the ability to travel between area stores. Ideal candidates will have strong communication, be able to stand/walk most of the shift, and pass background and MVR checks.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year undercover, floor-walking loss prevention experience.
• Ability to travel to multiple stores in the area.
• Strong communication skills for coordination with management and law enforcement.
• Background check and motor vehicle record check required.
• Must be able to stand/walk up to 100% of working hours.

Responsibilities

Do you have EXPERIENCE IN RETAIL LOSS PREVENTION and want to work for a company that still believes in apprehending and prosecuting criminals?The Loss Prevention Department for Hobby Lobby is currently seeking a full time In-Store Loss Prevention Agent to help protect our stores.

Must have previous undercover, floor walking Loss Prevention experience!

As an LP Agent in our stores, your primary focus is to provide undercover, plain clothes surveillance in order to identify and apprehend shoplifters, deter shoplifting. No risk management, safety, door greeting, alarms, audits or inventory responsibilities. This position is solely focused on discreetly walking the sales floor undercover to apprehend shoplifters.

Compensation

• Starting wage range: $26.00 to $27.00 / hour. This starting wage range is posted pursuant to the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, and applies exclusively to the position of Loss Prevention Agent at Hobby Lobby stores in the state of Colorado.
• Christmas bonus (gift) if employed on certain date.
