Qualifications

Bachelor's degree and 2–4 years of relevant experience.
2+ years in commercial finance or collections.
2 years of leadership experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and mainframe systems.
Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret financial data.
Ability to understand call center and delinquency metrics.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop assigned teams in Recovery and Bankruptcy.
Oversee bankruptcy and loss recovery processes with attorneys and agencies.
Coach and mentor team members; manage performance.
Ensure call quality for US and Mexico and identify training gaps.
Approve repossession and charge off based on LOA.
Review accounts for proper documentation and quality of work.
Collaborate with Collections management to implement cost-saving and efficiency improvements.
Partner with Vendor Relations Manager to assess vendors.
