National General, part of The Allstate family, is seeking a Loss Drafts Associate III to perform loss draft and property damage requirements, process documents, order inspections, review queues, and disburse claim funds. You will support borrowers and contractors by providing progress details and handling inquiries. Education: High School Diploma or GED preferred.
Experience: 0-2 years preferred. This role has no supervisory duties. Compensation: $19 per hour.

The Loss Drafts Associate lll is responsible for performing loss draft and property damage requirements including processing documents, ordering and reviewing inspections, working loss draft queues and evaluating exceptions. This role supports borrowers and contractors by providing detailed information on how to progress a claim file, de-escalate calls and process complaints, and handle disbursement of claim funds.
This job does not have supervisory duties.
In lieu of the above education requirements, an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
Compensation for this role is $19/hr.
