Job summary

Associated Services Inspections (ASI) is a premier commercial and residential inspection company with coverage since 1981. We hire Loss Control Field Inspectors to review requirements, call insureds to schedule, and conduct on-site evaluations of various properties, capturing photos and measurements.

Reports are completed using Loss Control 360 with Rapid Sketch. Inspectors work with online systems, travel within a 50‑mile radius, and receive assignments electronically.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of commercial insurance loss control inspection experience.
• Knowledge of commercial property, general liability, and workers' compensation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to travel within a 50-mile radius.

Responsibilities

• Receive assignments electronically and review inspection requirements.
• Contact insured via phone, email, or text to schedule appointments.
• Conduct on-site evaluations of properties (commercial, residential, agricultural).
• Capture 20–35 interior and exterior photos per structure.
• Take measurements using a measuring wheel, laser, or satellite tools.
• Update inspection status through ASI's online platform.
• Complete reports using Loss Control 360 with Rapid Sketch, including checklists and narratives.
