• Dates of coverage: ASAP start, 3-months with option to extend
• Schedule: 4-days per week, Monday Thursday
• Office Info: 5 ops, 2 are for hyg
• Procedures: Bread & Buter. Office does perform Oral sedation however sedation certification/licensing is not required
• Support Staff: RDA and DA + OM in the office as well
• Ages: Primarily Adults
