A manufacturing company is looking for an Apprentice Loom Maintenance Technician in Statesville, NC. This full-time position entails maintaining and servicing looms, performing various technical tasks, and ensuring production quality. Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain and service assigned looms following safety protocols.
• Perform flag fixing, blowing off reeds, and setting up TPM looms.
• Keep looms in production and troubleshoot for maintenance.
• Lubricate loom parts on a regular basis.
• Maintain loom specifications and verification of controlled SOC on looms.
• Cover sand drums and rollers, change cutter blades, and input/receive data from Barco.
• Activate warp changes with Barco interactive warp entry and monitor the high loom stop program.
• Write requisitions for loom parts and issue work orders for electricians.
• Assist weavers so they can take breaks.
• Maintain all records according to ISO standards.
