The role includes adding new sources, modifying existing metrics, and planning for pet identities separation in the MDM system. Ideal candidates should be ready to embrace various tools to improve system capabilities.

• Search engine requires first name, last name but there are new use cases about how to search.
• Change the search algorithm.
• Move to multi‑tenant and add a new source.
• Set bucketing and auto‑linking thresholds.
• Modify composite metrics.
• Remove metrics from attributes and test in a lower environment.
• Explore other capabilities of the Workbench, including lesser‑known features.
• Apply best practices for metrics and observability to gather insights.
• Use Enterprise Viewer and MDM App Services.
• Understand other tools besides the Inspector.
• Add a new source (e.g., LexisNexis).
• Bulk load a file of identities.
• Establish a new tenant for pet identities.

Looking for a part‑time Trainer/Instructor on IBM MDM – Remote.

Responsibilities

• Search engine requires first name, last name but there are new use cases about how to search that we’d like to support.
• Change the search algorithm.
• Move to multi‑tenant and add a new source.
• Set bucketing and auto‑linking thresholds.
• Modify composite metrics.
• Remove metrics from attributes and test in a lower environment.
• Explore other capabilities of the Workbench, including lesser‑known features.
• Apply best practices for metrics and observability to gather insights from the engine system, including daily link activity and consistency.
• Use Enterprise Viewer and MDM App Services, including exposing the Enterprise Viewer via API.
• Understand other tools besides the Inspector.
• Add a new source (e.g., LexisNexis).
• Bulk load a file of identities (from LN).
• Establish a new tenant to separate pet identities from human identities – currently animals and humans coexist as populations receiving prescriptions.
• Plan to place pets in their own tenancy on MDM to prevent any chance of them being matched with a human identity.
