About the Role

Griswold Home Care of Laguna Hills is seeking compassionate, dedicated Caregivers and CNAs for part-time/per-diem opportunities. We proudly serve seniors in Great Park–Irvine, Lake Forest, Laguna Woods, Laguna Hills, Aliso Viejo, Laguna Niguel, and Dana Point.
We are also hiring for day, evening, night, and short shifts in multiple locations.

📌 Compensation: $19.00–$25.00/hr DOE, Skills, background, education, length of previous employment

What You’ll Do as a Caregiver

This role offers flexibility and the rewarding opportunity to help seniors remain independent. Responsibilities may include:

  • Companionship & conversation
  • Light housekeeping & laundry
  • Grocery shopping & meal preparation
  • Assistance with personal hygiene
  • Bathing, feeding, and mobility support
  • Dementia companionship
  • Documenting care and communicating updates to office staff

You play a vital role in improving the quality of life for our clients—and you’ll feel good knowing you are making a meaningful difference.

What We Need From You
  • Reliable transportation
  • Valid driver’s license and auto insurance (required for client transportation)
  • TB test results- Preferrablywithin 90 days
  • Completion of paid initial and annual training
  • Active status on California’s Home Care Aide Registry (or willingness to apply)

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Willingness to learn about chronic conditions, dementia, and Alzheimer’s care
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Ability to pass a criminal background check
  • Two professional references
