Maya Home Care is looking for dedicated HHA certified caregivers to join our boutique PCA/Companion team serving New Jersey. You will provide compassionate in-home care, assist with daily living activities, and support clients in a respectful, professional manner.

Responsibilities include monitoring health status, documenting care provided, and collaborating with the care coordinator. We offer a supportive work environment, ongoing training, and growth opportunities to further your caregiving

Competenze

• HHA certification in New Jersey is required.
• Previous experience in home care is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential.

Mansioni

• Assist clients with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal prep.
• Provide companionship and engage clients in meaningful activities.
• Perform light housekeeping to maintain a clean and safe environment.
• Monitor and report changes in clients' health to the care coordinator.
• Follow individualized care plans with compassion and respect.
• Ensure clients' comfort and safety at all times.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care provided.
