• Provide personalized care to clients, ensuring their comfort and safety.
• Assist with daily living activities, including but not limited to bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding.
• Monitor clients' health and report any changes in their condition to family members or healthcare professionals.
• Support clients with mobility.
• Engage clients in social activities to promote mental and emotional well-being.
• Maintain a clean and safe living environment for clients.
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and other healthcare professionals.
