We're a busy family with two young girls (4 & 2) looking for a dependable, proactive, long-term nanny and parent's helper to become an important part of our family's routine. Our children currently attend daycare 5 full days. We would like to only send them 3, and have someone care for them on their 2 days at home. An ideal candidate has experience caring for young children and comes with excellent references. We're looking for someone who is comfortable balancing childcare with light household duties.
