Korean Women's Association (KWA) in Longview, WA is hiring full-time or part-time Caregivers to provide in-home care with a focus on compassionate support.

Competitive pay $23.54–$27.28 per hour, paid training and comprehensive benefits including medical, vision, dental, and PTO.

Responsibilities

• Provide heartfelt companionship and engage in conversation.
• Support clients with mobility and daily routines.
• Ensure safety and report changes to supervisors.
• Travel to client homes around Cowlitz County.

TO SUCCEED, YOU WILL NEED:

• To be 18+ years
• To have reliable personal transportation
• To hold a valid Washington State driver's license and auto insurance
• Be willing to become certified as a home care worker within a set amount of time
• Be able to satisfactorily pass a criminal history and reference check

We would prefer:

• Experience as a caregiver or in a similar role
• A high school diploma, GED, or a foreign equivalent
• A compassionate demeanor and excellent communication skills
