Job summary

Dane Street, LLC is expanding its physician panel and seeks experienced Otolaryngologists to perform IMEs and peer reviews within the Longshore and Harbor Workers’ Compensation Act program.

Primary demand targets Beaumont, TX within a 50-mile radius. This is an independent contractor opportunity offering flexible, case-based assignments with no doctor-patient relationship and advisory-only opinions.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Texas medical license.
• Board-certified or board-eligible in Otolaryngology.
• AMA 6th Edition Certification required or willing to become certified.
• Experience performing 30+ Longshore IMEs and/or Peer Reviews.
• Prior work with TPAs, carriers, employers, or IME vendors.
• Multi-state Longshore case experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-person, objective IMEs for Longshore cases.
• Perform comprehensive peer reviews of medical records.
• Provide detailed, timely written reports.
• Maintain compliance with LHWCA standards and documentation requirements.
