Job summary

Kelly Education in Milwaukee is seeking substitute teachers to support multiple schools in the area. This role offers an opportunity to mentor students and maintain continuity of learning when regular teachers are absent.

Substitutes may be called on to serve as guest or relief teachers and participate in ongoing training. Minimum requirements include a Bachelor’s Degree, a substitute or teaching license, and completion of a substitute training program with application for licensure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Substitute License or Teaching License required.
• Must complete a substitute training program and apply for a Substitute Teacher License.

Responsibilities

• Assume duties of the classroom teacher in accordance with school district lesson plans and Kelly policies.
• Build a classroom environment conducive to learning and appropriate to students' abilities and interests.
• Develop lesson plans, administer and grade tests and assignments.

Minimum Requirements:

• Substitute License or Teaching License or

• Must be able to pass a background check
