Job Description

South Shore Technical seeks a licensed special education teacher with experience teaching reading, a reading specialist, or an Orton-Gillingham tutor to support students with identified needs.

Requirements:

DESE licensure in Special Education, Reading or certified Orton-Gillingham tutor.

Assignment Dates: November 9, 2026 – January 22, 2027 (Assignment dates are anticipated and may be subject to change.)

Hours and Compensation: up to 10 hours per week at $50 per hour.

Temporary appointment may be made prior to posting closing date.
