Qualifications for Position:

• Prior custodial experience preferred but not required.
• High School Diploma.
• Knowledge of floor care and hand and power tools.
• Ability to use hand power tools and equipment.
• Sufficient physical ability to perform duties, including lifting up to 50 lbs, standing, climbing, and walking.
• Demonstrated leadership qualities and effective interpersonal skills.
• Ability to pass all statutory criminal background checks and pre-employment requirements.
• Recommendation from prior employers.
