VACANCY: Long-Term Substitute (5K) August 17th - November 30

Mount Horeb Christian School (MHCS) was founded in 2019 to serve the town of Mount Horeb and the surrounding communities. Our school provides a safe, caring, and Christ-centered environment for students in grades K-8, as well as 3K and 4K preschool programs. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• The teacher shall be a mature, sincere Christ follower who feels called by God to the teaching profession.
• Must hold a bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
• Must hold or be eligible to obtain an Association of Christian School International (ACSI) teaching certification.

PREFERRED/DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• ACSI Certified Teacher.
• State of Wisconsin certifiedTeacher.
• Three to five years of classroom teaching experience.

TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT:

• Long-term substitute pay is $20/hour ($160/day)
• This position is covering a maternity leave and will be approximately between August 17th through November 30th.
