Responsibilities

• Administers curriculum aligned with district goals.
• Grading and entering grades as required.
• Maintains a safe classroom conducive to learning, including small-group instruction.
• Develops lesson plans and learning experiences to maximize instructional time.
• Keeps accurate records of student activities, achievement and attendance.
• Ensures student conduct aligns with school policies.
• Coordinates with elementary staff and participates in grade-level meetings.
• Supervises students during activities outside class and during transportation.
• Administers standardized tests per district programs if certified.
