Responsibilities

• Provide direct or indirect services per IEP/ISP.
• Create IEPs as Teacher of Record with measurable goals and accommodations.
• Monitor and report progress on IEP goals to parents regularly.
• Coordinate instructional aides and paraprofessionals to support student needs.
• Maintain records of student performance and confidentiality.
• Communicate with principal about special education issues and trends.
• Follow Duneland Teacher Evaluation Plan and state standards.
