Responsibilities

• Teaches Social Studies/humanities using Barrington Public Schools curricula.
• Delivers balanced program with factual material, current events, discussion, and inquiry.
• Develops literacy standards aligned to state/national standards.
• Incorporates Socratic discussions, writing, and project-based learning.
• Integrates culturally relevant and responsive practices into instruction.
• Maintains accurate student records and uses assessments to guide instruction.
