Nanny Poppins Agency in Wayland, MA is seeking a reliable, organized, and creative nanny/household assistant for a full-time, long-term live-out position caring for three school-age children (8, 10, 12).

The role splits between household duties (dishes, laundry, errands, organizing) and child care (school pickups, driving to activities, homework help, early dinner). A family vehicle is provided and travel during school breaks is optional; overtime applies for travel. Start date ASAP.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license is required.
• Proven experience caring for school-age children.
• Strong swimming ability for activities with children.
• CPR/First Aid certification is preferred.
• Passport preferred for travel.
• Reliable, punctual, and highly organized.
• Collaborative and creative, able to work with a parent.
• Comfortable in a home with dogs.
• Commitment to a long-term role.
• Provide 3–5 professional references.

Responsibilities

• Household duties during the first part of each shift (dishes, laundry, errands, organizing).
• Occasional school pickup and driving to after-school activities.
• Homework help and supervision.
• Prepare an early dinner and manage an apple allergy.
• Uphold safety and kindness; participate with the family’s approach.
• Optional travel with the family during school vacation weeks.
• Keep the household running smoothly and on schedule.
