Responsibilities

• Implement lesson plans and instructions as directed by the absent teacher.
• Maintain a clean, respectful, and orderly classroom and follow school procedures.
• Leave notes or complete a report for the regular teacher at day end.
• Communicate with students, parents, and administrators in a collegial manner.
• Keep attendance, accident, and incident records.
• Protect students, equipment, and facilities; ensure safety at all times.
• Supervise students inside and outside the classroom; perform other duties as assigned.
