Job summary

Precision Staffing is seeking 1st Shift Data Entry Clerks to join a financial institution’s team in Cincinnati, OH. This long-term opportunity offers a 40-hour week with a Monday–Friday schedule, starting around September/October 2026.

You will accurately enter information into internal computer systems while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. The assignment may last one year or longer, with a consistent schedule and no risk of being sent home due to low mail volume.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or equivalent
• Must pass a five-year general agency clearance, including background check and name trace
• Must successfully complete fingerprinting prior to start
• Must pass data entry assessment (6,500 KSPH or higher)
• Must be willing to assist in other departments as needed
• Must provide three forms of ID: Driver’s License or State ID, Social Security Card, Birth Certificate or Passport

Responsibilities

• Enter information into internal computer systems with a high level of accuracy
• Maintain attention to detail and data integrity throughout the process
• Assist in other departments as needed as part of team flexibility
