Job summary

Totality Staffing & Consulting Services, LLC is seeking Staff Nurses (RN/LPN) to join a long-term care facility in Iowa. The Staff Nurse will assist in supervision and administration of quality nursing care, administer medications, monitor residents, and collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure resident well-being.

RNs earn $49–$53/hour and LPNs $39–$43/hour with potential extra $4/hour for last-minute shifts; must be licensed in Iowa with CPR; minimum 1 year geriatric experience;

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Current licensure as an RN or LPN in the State of Iowa by the Iowa Board of Nursing, without restrictions, is required.
• At least 1-year experience in long-term/geriatric care services.
• Current CPR certification required.
• May not be a debarred provider.

Responsibilities

• The Staff Nurse assists in the supervision and administration of quality nursing care for the facility.
• Maintains knowledge of drugs, biological, physical, social, and medical sciences and applies them to resident care.
• Communicates effectively to ensure a safe and supportive environment for residents.
