Formación

• Active OH Nurse Practitioner license
• Board certification required
• Experience in long‑term care or geriatrics preferred

• Perform medication reviews and prescribe as appropriate
• Evaluate and treat acute medical issues with follow-up
• Develop accurate diagnoses and treatment plans with sound clinical judgment
