Job summary

Nursefinders is seeking licensed RNs for LTAC/Telemetry assignments across California and surrounding areas. Per diem work offers flexible schedules in diverse settings including clinics and ambulatory centers.

Responsibilities include wound care, IV therapy, injections, and ongoing monitoring of patients and medical equipment. Active RN license with BSN or ADN required; ACLS/BLS preferred.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active RN license in good standing.
• BSN or ADN with NCLEX completion required for licensure.
• LTAC/Telemetry experience preferred and ACLS/BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide long-term care nursing services in LTAC/telemetry settings.
• Perform wound care, IV therapy, injections, vital signs monitoring and equipment checks.
• Work per diem across camps, clinics, schools, and ambulatory care centers.

Job description

Long Term Care RN services can be necessary over the short term for rehabilitation from an illness or injury, or they may be required over the long term for patients who need care on a frequent or around-the-clock basis due to a chronic medical condition. Examples of skilled nursing services include wound care, intravenous (IV) therapy, injections, physical therapy, and monitoring of vital signs and medical equipment. LTC RN’s can work in a variety of settings includes camps, clinics, schools, and ambulatory care centers but typically work at Skilled Nursing Facilities.

Education/Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN): 4-Year Education
• Associates Degree in Nursing (ADN): 2-Year Education
• You must earn an ADN or BSN degree and pass the NCLEX to apply for a license as a RN.
• RN‘s can only work with an active state license.
