Job summary

Amergis Healthcare Staffing in Bel Air, MD is seeking a Long Term Care (LTC) LPN for a travel assignment in a healthcare facility. You will support the care team, deliver nursing care, and coordinate patient care under supervision.

Active LPN license, health certificate, current PPD or Chest X‑ray, and BLS are required; 18+ years old. Travel experience in LTC preferred. Paid at $1,100 per week with weekly pay and standard benefits.

Qualifications

• Current PPD or Chest X‑Ray.
• Current BLS certificate.
• Amergis Background Screening completed.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• One year nursing experience preferred.

The Long Term Care LPN assists the care team in the deliveryof care for patients in a Long Term Care/Assisted Living Facility. The nursedemonstrates ability to make clinical judgments in an effective and efficientmanner with supervision, as well as critical thinking and performance abilityin the coordination of patient care. Additionally, this individual performsaccording to nursing standards and is accountable in managing patient care andassisting others in the management of patient care.

Minimum Requirements:

• Current Licensed Practical Nurse License for the state inwhich the nurse practices

• Current Health Certificate (if applicable)

• Current PPD or Chest X-Ray

• One year prior professional nursing experience preferred

• Current BLS card

• Successful completion of screening tests for the clinicalspecialty area(s) in which the LPN practices with a score of 80% or greater

• Successful completion of Amergis Background ScreeningProcess

• Must be at least 18 years of age
