Job summary

Healthcare Services Group, Inc in New Hampshire is seeking a Housekeeper to maintain a clean and safe environment in a long-term care facility. You will perform daily cleaning duties and interact with residents and staff to ensure a welcoming atmosphere.

Starting pay is USD 17.00 per hour. This role includes hands-on training, opportunities for career development, and a benefits package. Residency in the service area is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required or preferred.
• Previous housekeeping experience is preferred but not required.
• Maintain a positive attitude and communicate effectively with residents, staff, and leadership.
• Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination policies.
• Lift/carry up to 50 pounds, stand and walk for extended periods.
• Ability to follow oral and written instructions and perform routine tasks daily.
• Residency within the service area is required.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily housekeeping tasks in resident rooms, bathrooms, common areas, and offices.
• Ensure proper cleaning and sanitation following procedures and safety guidelines.
• Maintain records of cleaning activities and report maintenance or safety issues.
• Follow infection control and universal precautions to keep a sanitary environment.
• Interact positively with residents, staff, and guests, providing excellent service.
• All other duties as assigned.
