Job summary

Healthcare Services Group (HCSG) seeks a Housekeeper to maintain a clean, safe environment in a long-term care facility. You will perform daily cleaning of resident rooms, bathrooms, common areas, and offices, following established sanitation procedures.

In this role you will interact with residents, staff, and visitors, delivering friendly customer service while upholding infection control policies. You must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and reside within the service area; benefits include

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous housekeeping experience is preferred but not required.
• Must be able to lift/carry a maximum of 50 pounds, push/pull a maximum of 50 pounds, stand, sit, bend and walk for extended periods.
• Must be able to work around cleaning products.
• Residency within the service area required.
• Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination policies.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily housekeeping in resident rooms, bathrooms, common areas, and offices.
• Follow sanitation procedures and safety guidelines.
• Maintain records of cleaning activities and report issues to supervisor.
• Follow infection control policies to ensure a sanitary environment.
• Interact positively with residents, staff, and guests, providing excellent customer service.
• All other duties as assigned.
