Job summary

DayToDay Health is seeking a skilled nurse to provide direct patient care in a long-term acute care setting. You will assess patient needs, implement individualized care plans, and evaluate outcomes in collaboration with the healthcare team to optimize recovery and safety for each patient.

You will conduct comprehensive assessments, lead care planning, manage medications and complex therapies, and operate specialized equipment such as ventilators and central lines.
