LTAC RN (High-Acuity/Vent Care)

Provide high-acuity nursing care for medically complex, ventilator-dependent patients in a long-term acute care setting. Deliver comprehensive assessments and manage ongoing patient care with a focus on safety, quality, and clinical excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform thorough assessments and develop/implement patient care plans
• Administer medications and therapies per clinical standards
• Provide ventilator and tracheostomy management and monitoring
• Manage wound care and other complex clinical needs
• Continuously monitor patient status and respond to changes
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support safe outcomes

Qualifications / Skills

• RN licensure with experience in LTAC or comparable high-acuity care
• Strong skills in ventilator/trach care, assessment, and ongoing monitoring
