Ramirez brings nearly 30 years of experience in customer service, field service, operations, and sales across manufacturing industries, including metering and mixing, wire processing, industrial automation, and commercial food service. He will interact with key stakeholders across borders and continents to identify challenges and implement solutions that enhance Loma's service delivery.
