Job summary

Mission Technologies, a division of HII, is seeking Logistics Warehousemen to perform daily hands-on shipping/receiving, material handling, hazardous materials preparation, gear issue, inventory reconciliation, and lifecycle tracking. Warehousemen support NSW/SOF aligned logistics operations by ensuring accurate material accountability and high tempo supply support.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily shipping/receiving operations and verify documentation.
• Inventory reconciliation and lifecycle tracking across systems.
• Manage tactical gear and equipment inventories; schedule lifecycle replacement.
• Operate Material Handling Equipment (MHE) including forklifts.
• Prepare turn-in packages and coordinate material disposition.
• Support hazardous material documentation and shipment preparations.
• Assist logistics leadership with daily operational support.

Job Description

HII is seeking Logistics Warehousemen to perform daily hands on shipping/receiving, material handling, hazardous materials preparation, gear issue, inventory reconciliation, and lifecycle tracking. Warehousemen support NSW/SOF aligned logistics operations by ensuring accurate material accountability and high tempo supply support.

Conduct daily shipping/receiving operations; inspect freight; verify pack lists and documentation.

Perform continuous inventory control, including floor to book and book to floor reconciliations across DPAS and R Supply systems.

Manage tactical gear, equipment inventories, shelf life tracking, and lifecycle replacement planning.

Operate Material Handling Equipment (MHE), including forklifts, in support of pallet and container movement.

Prepare DRMO turn in packages and coordinate proper material disposition.

Support hazardous material documentation and shipment preparations.

Assist logistics leadership with daily operational support, equipment staging, and NSW/SOF-related tasking.

Minimum Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent and 2 years additional education and/or related experience.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance.
• Active forklift and MHE licenses required.

Preferred Requirements

• Experience with DPAS and R Supply or similar inventory systems.
• Background in shipping hazardous materials or specialized equipment.
• Experience supporting NSW/SOF logistics or training logistics environments.

Physical Requirements

Must be able to work in a shipboard environment. Must be able to lift, carry, transport heavy equipment and climb ladders.
