Job summary

Abbott Tipp City, OH is seeking a Logistics Supervisor to oversee palletizing, receiving, and shipping operations for finished goods to Abbott Distribution Centers. You will supervise multiple shifts, manage resources, and drive continuous improvement within a fast-paced nutrition manufacturing site.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred with at least 2 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate activities to meet Abbott operational objectives, including manpower, space and equipment utilization.
• Direct supervision of 20–45 direct reports across multiple shifts.
• Implement and maintain quality systems, warehouse management systems, and applicable processes.
• Deploy finished products to customers and distribution centers.
• Provide support to manufacturing centers and ensure timely, accurate inbound and outbound logistics.
