Job summary

Trumbull Industries, Inc. in Youngstown, OH is seeking a Warehouse Manager to lead day-to-day warehouse operations in a busy distribution center. You will oversee scanning, picking, loading, and quality control while ensuring on-time deliveries and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include supervising training, maintaining safety standards, and coordinating with drivers and customers to schedule deliveries and resolve issues promptly.

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics or warehouse operations within distribution.
• Strong understanding of quality control processes and standards.
• Excellent verbal and written communication for customers and teams.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
• Proficient with logistics/WMS software.
• Basic knowledge of truck loading and transportation procedures.

Responsibilities

• Oversee scanning, picking and loading to fulfill orders timely and accurately.
• Ensure proper packing, labeling, and quantities per specs.
• Manage loading to optimize truck space and secure transport.
• Coordinate with warehouse team for organized workflows and safety.
• Ensure crane operation training and certification for staff.
• Inspect outgoing shipments for quality and integrity.
• Maintain records and generate logistics/quality reports.
• Act as main contact for customers on scheduling and updates.
