Job summary

Empire Workforce Solutions is seeking a Warehouse Lead for a fast-paced 3PL distribution center. You will oversee daily warehouse operations, supervise associates, and drive safety and efficiency in a high-volume environment.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in a warehouse or 3PL distribution.
• Strong knowledge of inventory control, warehouse distribution and material handling.
• Experience using WMS and AS400 systems.
• Basic computer proficiency: Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong communication, problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Experience in e-commerce fulfillment is preferred.

Our client, a fast-paced 3PL Distribution Center, is seeking a motivated and dependable Warehouse Lead to oversee daily operations, support warehouse associates, and drive productivity in a high-volume environment. Schedule

• Regular Shift: Monday - Friday, 4:00 PM - 12:30 AM
• Training Schedule: 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM (1st Shift for approximately 3-4 weeks)

Key Responsibilities
