Job summary

Fleet Farm is seeking a Logistics Team Member to unload freight, stock floors, and maintain efficient warehouse operations while delivering friendly customer service. The role emphasizes physical work, safety, and morning availability, with opportunities to support multiple departments on the sales floor.

This position requires lifting up to 50 lbs and possibly forklift certification; candidates should be able to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to be certified to operate a forklift and other material handling equipment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Warehouse environment can expose temperature fluctuations (hot/cold), noise, dust, and uneven walking surfaces.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Split, sort, stage and stock incoming freight to the sales floor.
• Move prepared freight to the sales floor in an organized, safe and efficient manner.
• Ensure products are stocked accurately and timely.
• Return all warehouse carts and recover work areas to standards by end of shift.
• Clean shelves, product displays, counters and workspaces as needed.
• Assist in maintaining merchandise presentation, pricing and the accuracy of inventory levels.
• Follow all safety & cleanliness guidelines, operating procedures, product freshness and quality standards.
