Job summary

Coastal Elite Pro is seeking a Warehouse & Logistics Support specialist to help verify shipments, manage inventory, and maintain accurate records. You will coordinate with internal teams and external carriers to ensure on-time delivery and proper asset handling.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• At least 2 years of experience in warehouse support, distribution, shipping, or related fields.
• Forklift/Cherry picker experience required.
• Knowledge of fleet operations, warehouse activities, logistics documentation, and operational systems.
• Ability to process routine activities, analyze operational issues, and maintain accurate records.
• Effective communication skills for internal and external interactions.

Responsibilities

• Verify transportation, receipt, storage, and shipment information to ensure accurate product movement.
• Update warehouse and logistics systems with transaction details and operational records.
• Track fleet activity, shipment progress, and inventory movement to support schedule adherence.
• Prepare dispatch, shipping, and receipt documentation for accurate processing.
• Review routine exceptions such as deliveries, returns, inventory discrepancies, and vehicle availability.
• Confirm handling and storage requirements to support traceability and loss prevention.
