Pro Resources Staffing Services is seeking an Expert Warehousing & Freight Specialist – Temporary, Part‑Time in Lebanon, IN. The role focuses on training shipping clerks, managing documentation, and ensuring on‑time, compliant shipments.

You’ll work 20–25 hours weekly with a preferred schedule of 4:00 PM–8:00 PM/9:00 PM, plus some flexibility. Duties include Bills of Lading, carrier coordination, KPI monitoring, and cost‑saving process improvements.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in shipping, transportation, freight, warehousing, or logistics.
• Strong knowledge of outbound shipping documentation and processes.
• Experience with customer portals, carrier coordination, and truck routing.
• Previous experience training or mentoring shipping personnel.
• Experience identifying and implementing process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Train and mentor Shipping Clerks on procedures and best practices.
• Provide hands‑on guidance with Bills of Lading, packing lists, Advance Ship Notices, truck routing, and other outbound documentation.
• Assist with customer‑specific shipping requirements and retailer portals.
• Troubleshoot shipping issues and help resolve problems quickly.
• Review and improve warehouse and freight processes.
• Work with freight carriers, logistics providers, and warehouse partners.
• Help ensure shipments are accurate, secure, compliant, and completed on time.
• Monitor warehouse and freight KPIs and provide actionable feedback.
• Maintain accurate shipping records, policies, and procedures.
• Identify opportunities to improve productivity and reduce costs.
• Support logistics, inventory, and supply chain projects.
• Serve as a subject‑matter expert and day‑to‑day resource for the shipping team.
