Job summary
A leading aerospace and defense firm is seeking an Integrated Logistics and Training Program Manager in Maryland, Columbia. The candidate will manage logistics and training program performance, ensure adherence to FAA standards, and develop support plans. Applicants must have a minimum of 8 years in logistics management within aerospace/defense and a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field. Qualifications
Minimum 8 years in logistics and training program management within aerospace/defense.
Proven experience with EVMS.
Familiarity with DoD acquisition processes.
Responsibilities
Manage performance and schedule of ILMT and Training Team.
Serve as focal point for logistics and training integration.
Develop and maintain the Integrated Support Plan.
Drive provisioning plans and life-cycle cost analysis.
Oversee logistics data management and configuration control.
Skills
Logistics and training program management
Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS)
Familiarity with FAA standards
Integrated Product Support (IPS) elements
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related field
Master’s degree (preferred)
